The Regional Pool and Tennis Centre is home to a 25m eight-lane competition swimming pool and the only indoor tennis centre in the region (with indoor and outdoor tennis surfaces). The centre is also home to the easyline gym, café, outdoor multi-use games area and a children’s outdoor playground.

Gym
The Regional Pool & Tennis Centre hosts the Easyline gym containing a variety of fixed resistance machines which offer extra support whilst exercising making them ideal for all abilities and ages.
In the Pool
The Regional Pool & Tennis Centre offers a 25m, 8-lane competition pool and a large teaching pool for a range of classes and swimming lessons. It is also home to the City of Newport Swimming Club.
Tennis
The Tennis Centre offers a range of tennis activities suitable for all ages and abilities.
Children’s Fun Activities
We offer a range of activities and events for children of all ages including tots fun, cycling, pool activities and more.
Court Hire
Hire our courts or pitches for tennis, football and other sports.
Café
The café based at the Regional Swimming Pool and Tennis Centre offers a selection of hot food, sandwiches, snacks or drinks while waiting for others or after your own activity. The café is also proud to serve Starbucks coffee.
Space Hire
The Regional Swimming Pool and Tennis Centre has a small meeting room and larger ancillary hall suitable for business functions, training courses and leisure use.
Getting Here & Parking
The Regional Pool & Tennis Centre is based at Newport International Sports Village along with the Geraint Thomas National Velodrome of Wales and Newport Stadium in the Liswerry area of Newport.
On the same site, although not run by Newport Live is the Dragon Park and the Wales National Football Development Centre.
