Set over two floors the gym, has undergone a refresh with brand new cardio equipment and a new look and feel. There's also a new stretch area.Why not vary your workout with a fitness classes? The extensive programme includes favourites such as Circuits, Yoga, Pilates and Group Cycle with brand new Technogym bikes added as part of the fitness refresh. The swimming pool has a great range of sessions from general swimming to swimming lessons for babies, children and adults. Come along with a friend and enjoy one of our water workout classes. There's also adult-only and women-only sessions, as well as lane swimming and children’s fun sessions. Something for everyone!
