Health and wellness provider Mytime Active, are launching a new accredited weight management programme called “Healthy Habits”. Run over a 12 week period in their leisure and golf centres, the programme aims to help people maintain a healthy weight and improve fitness, through a more holistic approach.
The programme itself is designed around more than a calorie count approach, with results achieved by education, support and motivation. Throughout the 12 week period, those taking part will receive a personalised programme which will enable them to make a range of behavioural changes. These include identifying what physical activity is right for them, build their confidence in an active
environment, and advice on how to eat well.
Kelly Stead, Head of Sales and Customer Experience said:
“We are thrilled to be able to offer Healthy Habits to both members and non members at Mytime Active. After Covid 19, the link between health and wellness has never been so clear or important.
Healthy Habits will provide a nurturing and supportive environment for those who want to make a real change to their health, but perhaps are unsure of where to start.”
Healthy Habits is the latest in a range of Active Lifestyle products being rolled out by Mytime Active. They already provide Personal Coaching, Health Assessments and various recovery programmes as part of their commitment to improve their community’s wellbeing.
Accredited by Active IQ, Healthy Habits will start in October initially in their Bromley locations and run through to Christmas. If you would like more information on Healthy Habits and Mytime Active, visit the website www.mytimeactive/healthyhabits
