The Pools Swimming and Health Centre, located in Carlisle's city centre, boasts 3 swimming pools, a gym and health suite. Our 25m, 20m and 10m pools have a huge variety of sessions. We also have the Better Swim School which teaches hundreds of children to swim each week. Our popular gym has 30 stations of equipment. We also have our brilliant Health Suite which includes a sauna, steam room and ice cold plunge pool.
