Since our story began, some 40 years ago, countless memories have been made and we’ve founded a reputation for being the friendliest and most accessible local complex. Driven by passion and a belief in sport within the local community, your best interests are what lies in the heart of everything we do. Our unique ethos means that all of our income goes directly back into constantly bettering our state of the art facilities; our gym truly is your gym.

Today, an experience at Redbridge is first class from the offset, from our state of the art sporting facilities, to a wide range of social activities. With over 400 car parking spaces, it’s our aim to make sure that each visit to Redbridge is an easy, affordable and pleasant experience.
