Phoenix Fitness Centre And Janet Adegoke Swimming Pool

Phoenix Fitness Centre offers a full range of affordable sport and leisure activities to the White City community. Sharing our state-of-the-art facilities with Phoenix Academy, the Centre boasts two separate gym areas with a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment. With the current social distancing restrictions, we have spaced out our equipment, individual workstations are marked out, and sanitation stations are placed throughout the centre. The Sports Hall is a versatile space for basketball, badminton, football, table tennis and short tennis, which can be hired out. We offer a wide variety of fitness classes, with popular classes including Zumba, Yoga and Power Pump. The Janet Adegoke Pools include a 25 metre fitness pool, as well as a fit-for-purpose learner pool, both of which hosts Better Swim School.
